When i got my Mini Cooper from a used lot i knew that there was some things wrong with the vehicle. I had the vehicle look at by a few different places and was tired of the inexperienced some places had. But when i took my car to Mini of Omaha i had a good feeling about get it looked at there. Service advisor Doug and his team of specialists really surprised me at what was really going on with my vehicle. They sent me a email of what each part that was bad and how it should operate normally. Most auto shops that i know of don't do that so i was really satisfied to get a list like that, and it was broken down by urgent repairs to preventive maintenance. Also how much it would cost to get everything fixed, like what each part would cost. Doug also surprised me with how friendly he is and how flexible he can be with scheduling me in to get my car looked at. Overall very satisfied with my so far two experiences with Doug and the service team.
