Amber was the best! She walked me through all of my repair options and really helped me understand the process. I would go back for sure.

Doug was super helpful. I was visiting family from out of town when my car went crazy at 90th and dodge.... Doug got me right in... fixed my car... made suggestions about additional work I was due for. Took the extra step to make sure the car was running appropriately before he gave it back.... really appreciated the excellent service.

I don't typically write reviews but working with Mini this past repair I was helped out by an adviser that truly looks out for the customer. Its fewer and farther between when you can actually say you get customer service nowadays. That is what Amber Vacca provided along the process of getting my 08 Mini back up an running. I appreciate the timely updates and the ability to work with me along the way to make sure what needed to be handle was take care of. Keep it up!
This was by far the best service experience I've had at mini! Usually when I've taken my car in, even for an oil change, it's been days until I got it back. This trip it was back to me before the end of the day. Amber was nice, funny, and extremely knowledgeable.I was also struggling with getting another mini simply because of my past few service experiences, this last trip has turned that struggle around and I'm getting my next mini in a few days!
Amber in service is knowledgeable and personal. She makes the experience easy. You should have her manage. As a person who runs an organization with over 100 employees that is the kind of person we look for.
