Had a 24 hour visit to Omaha from MN and blew a fuse in my main console. Couldn’t use phone charger or navigation system. Called the dealership and they made sure to make room for me despite a very booked service schedule. The reason I am rating this dealer the way I am is because of my current and past service experiences. It seems like everytime I take my vehicle in for any type of service, something comes up. There have been a few times where something was not fixed right and totally messed up. The one tech that worked on my car treated horribly. He abused it during his test and went zipping through the parking lot nearly missing a parked BMW. I have called and expressed my concerns to the General Manager and nothing is getting done about it.
