5.0"I was very sad when I had to leave my Mini to get a door ding fixed. I was working with another insurance agency and they had made me wait almost a month to get the work completed. So when I finally did get the work done I knew there was no better place to have it done then it's first home, Mini of Omaha. In my nervous frenzy to get everything done before Christmas, because I wanted my Mini home for Christmas, I ended up calling Mini of Omaha several times with questions. I had to apologize for calling so many times but they never seemed to mind and answered all my questions without any hesitation. They act as if I'm the only customer they have & they go way out of their way to make sure that things are done right the first time & in a very timely fashion. It's also nice to get a call from the sales manager who's just calling to make sure all is well since he saw the car in the shop.
